BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE KINGSVILLE PRIMARY SCHOOL

Kelly Club – a place they’ll love to be

Our high-quality before- and after-school programs are more than just childcare. Designed in conjunction with the school and the local community, each Kelly Club itinerary is carefully crafted to match your children’s needs. Our mission is to provide a nurturing, supportive, safe space where your kids will be excited to attend, have heaps of fun, and feel right at home.

We are approved by the Services Australia (Centrelink) for CCS (Child Care Subsidies), meaning your family can enjoy a reduction in Kelly Club fees – up to 85% – as CCS is paid directly to the Kelly Club on your behalf. Additional subsidies – up to 100% – may also be available dependingon your situation.

UNIFORMS AT KINGSVILLE PRIMARY SCHOOL

Student Uniform

The wearing of the Kingsville Primary School uniform is a formal requirement of the school.

A school uniform promotes a strong sense of belonging and identity with the school and we believe that this contributes to the development of school pride and the demonstration of citizenship.

Uniforms are able to be purchased directly from PSW

Their trading hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am – 5pm.

Alternatively, we offer a second-hand uniform .

FRIENDS OF KINGSVILLE PRIMARY SCHOOL

FOKPS: the heart of our school community

Made up of dedicated parent and family volunteers, FOKPS plays a vital role in bringing our community together, creating memorable experiences for our students, and raising funds that directly benefit our school.

Whether it’s organising a major fundraising event, helping out at a stall, serving a sausage at a BBQ, or sharing new ideas, every contribution makes a difference — and a fantastic way to meet other families and build connections within the school community.

Volunteering at Kingsville

FOKPS welcomes new members at any time — whether you can volunteer regularly, help at one event a year, or simply come along to a meeting with ideas. There is no minimum commitment, just a shared desire to support our students and school community.

We welcome parent and family volunteers into classrooms, excursions and events. In line with our Volunteers Policy and commitment to child safety, all volunteers who have direct, unsupervised contact with students must hold a valid Working with Children Check and complete our school induction before volunteering.

Working with Children Check

A current WWCC is required for regular or unsupervised volunteering, and is recorded on our school’s WWCC register.

School Induction

All volunteers complete a short induction covering child safety, sign-in procedures and school expectations.

Sign In as a Visitor

All visitors and volunteers sign in at the office and wear a visitor lanyard for the duration of their visit, per our Visitors Policy.
